1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

FaceHop is committed to providing a safe environment for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) and any content, behavior, or activity that endangers, exploits, or harms children.

We strictly prohibit the creation, upload, sharing, distribution, promotion, or solicitation of any content related to child sexual abuse or exploitation.

2. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on FaceHop:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
  • Content depicting, promoting, or facilitating the sexual exploitation of minors.
  • Grooming or attempting to establish inappropriate relationships with minors.
  • Sexual solicitation involving minors.
  • Sextortion, coercion, or blackmail involving minors.
  • Trafficking, recruitment, or exploitation of minors.
  • Using FaceHop to create, modify, share, or distribute images or videos that sexualize or exploit minors.
  • Any attempt to circumvent safety measures designed to protect minors.

3. Age Restrictions

FaceHop is intended only for users who meet the minimum age requirements specified in our Terms of Service and applicable laws. Users who misrepresent their age may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

4. Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report content, profiles, messages, or activities that may violate this policy through:

  • The in-app reporting tools.
  • Customer support channels.

Reports are reviewed promptly and investigated by our moderation team.

5. Enforcement Actions

FaceHop takes immediate action against violations of this policy, including:

  • Removal of offending content.
  • Temporary or permanent account suspension.
  • Permanent account termination.
  • Restriction of platform access.
  • Reporting to relevant law enforcement agencies and child protection organizations where required by law.

6. Detection and Moderation

FaceHop uses a combination of:

  • Manual moderation and review processes.

We continuously improve our safety systems to identify and prevent CSAE-related content and behavior.

7. Cooperation with Authorities

When we become aware of confirmed CSAM or CSAE-related activity, FaceHop may preserve relevant information and cooperate with law enforcement agencies, child protection organizations, and regulatory authorities as required by applicable law.

8. Compliance with Laws

FaceHop complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates. We maintain processes for responding to lawful requests and reporting confirmed violations when legally required.
