By downloading, accessing, or using FaceHop, you agree to these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you upload, including:

  • Messages
  • Audio/video interactions

By uploading content, you grant FaceHop a worldwide, non-exclusive license to:

  • Process
  • Store
  • Moderate

your content solely for operating and improving the Service.

6. Video & Audio Communications

FaceHop may allow live video and audio conversations.

By using these features, you agree:

  • Not to record or distribute conversations without consent
  • Not to misuse or abuse communication features
  • That FaceHop may monitor/report abusive behavior when legally required

We do not guarantee connection quality, availability, or uninterrupted service.

7. Safety Disclaimer

FaceHop does not conduct full background checks on users.

You acknowledge:

  • Other users may provide inaccurate information
  • Online interactions involve inherent risks
  • You are responsible for your own safety

Never share:

  • Financial information
  • Passwords
